Lean Construction

Lean Construction employs lean manufacturing principles and practices to the design and construction process, from start to finish. With a focus on maximizing value and reducing waste, Lean Construction is also intended to produce buildings that better support the needs of their owners.

Although we are striving to keep our regular monthly programming free, as it has been in the past, we are currently being asked to charge as outlined on the AIA website for events. We are currently working with AIA DC to eliminate this charge for our monthly meetings, and, until then, we hope that you will still be able to join us. We will continue to strive to provide interesting, engaging, and practical programming that also offers AIA CES credit.
